Mr. John Wood started landscaping in 1971. He worked for various property management companies and California commercial landscape companies while earning his degree B.S.P.S at Cal Poly Pomona 1976. After college he did landscape and pool design for edgewater pools.
During the 1981 recession, he realized that commercial landscape maintenance, tree trimming, and consulting provided a much more secure income than the ups and downs a fluctuating installation construction business provided. Although very creative in design, he set this aside to provide a more secure business of commercial landscape maintenance.
